Ice Cream Cookie Cup DIY

Ice Cream Cookie CupsWe have been digging through the archives of our project files and came across a bunch of fun things we wanted to share!!  No, sense in keeping all of this to ourselves…right??  This DIY for ice cream cookie cups is super simple, delicious and a for sure crowd pleaser!!  Here’s how:

Fill a mini muffin pan with the cookie dough of your choice, we used Nestle Refrigerated Chocolate Chip and Sugar Cookie Dough and baked 6-8 min or until the edges were golden brown.  Press down the centers of the cookies right when they come out of the oven.  I used a melon baller to do this…this helps makes room for the ice cream.
