General

Payment: We currently accept payments through Paypal. Your order will be processed once payment has cleared.

Tax: Any order shipped within Arizona will be subject to 8.8% sales tax

Returns / Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your order but…in the event you are not, we can exchange / return items within 10 days from the receipt of your order. Items must be unused and its original packaging to be considered for a refund.

Once we have received the items to be returned, a refund wil be issued for the merchandise purchased. Original and return shipping will not be refunded.

**NO refunds or exchanges are offered on balloons or edible items**

Printable orders

Stock designs – procesed within 2 business days

Custom orders – please contact us at info@petitepartystudio to check availability / timeframe.

Files are emailed to you via yousendit.com. If you not not see your files within the listed timeframe, please check your spam folder.

Printable Invitation File Type

JPEG – Photo printing / photo lab

PDF – Print shop or office supply store; PDF file will have (2) 5×7 images per 8.5×11 sheet

Invite files will not be designed with a bleed. If you need files with a bleed, there will a set up fee of $5.00 per file.

Color Output
Monitor colors may show different that printed material; unfortunately we cannot guarantee color output on digital printable files. Please know that we test print every sample to ensure color quality. Paper type and printer settings can afffect your color output and may need to be adjusted. We recommend ink jet pritning at home to get colors as close to the samples as shown. FYI – Laser printing can produce colors slightly darker than samples. If you are wanting colors adjusted, additional fees will apply.

Professional Printing – We offer professional printing on invites ONLY. You will receive an initial digital proof within 2 business days via email. Once your proof is approved, your order will be submitted to our print company and takes 2-3 business days to process. Once processed, your order will ship 2-day UPS. No expedited options are available with professional printing services. If you are needing your invite sooner, we recommend utilizing the “you print” option.

Please make sure you proof ALL of the info on your order before you print. Once you have approved or printed your file(s), you are agreeing that all of the information is accurate. (This includes: Day, Date, Time, Names, Punctuation, Spelling, Grammar and any and all text)

What Type of paper do you recommend

We are big fans of Staples brand premium matte photo paper or a high quality, bright white, smooth cardstock.

For printable items listed as “labels or stickers” our files are formatted to print on 8.5×11 full sheet label or sticker paper.
